WaterAid: Addressing menstrual hygiene in rural schools in Papua New Guinea - A teacher's resource guide
This resource is a guide for teachers working in primary schools with pupils in upper grades. It provides easy activities that can be applied at any time within the school calendar. The tasks described are fun activities for pupils to engage in while talking about menstrual hygiene through describing their experiences or sharing with their peers. The guide is best used with pupils in upper primary who are already learning about menstruation in class and serves as an additional resource to the topic taught in class.
